APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete any required registration forms.

Bring your insurance card to every appointment. We will verify your insurance and personal information at each visit.

You will be allowed a ten (10) minute grace period for being late after which you will be given the opportunity to reschedule.

NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT?

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Doing so enables us to use your appointment slot for another patient.  You may also cancel through the patient portal and via text. We do have a $50 fee for all missed appointments.  This policy benefits you and others. Unfortunately, if you fail to make the appointment scheduled fees will be assessed.

SAME-DAY VISITS

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in visits. Please call to make an appointment. Same-day visits are often available. We ask that you call our office prior to coming inside. We will make every effort to take care of your child as soon as possible.
