Information You Can Access Through My Kid’s Chart
When you access our patient portal, you can review a complete health information summary for each child in your care, including:
- Most recent physical date
- Upcoming appointments
- Historical visits
- A summary of labs and medical tests
- A problem list, allergy list and medications list
- A complete immunization record
You can download or print yourchild’s immunization record directly from the portal, and you can review a detailed visit summary for any appointment.
Secure Messaging and Online Bill Pay
You will be able to communicate with your pediatrician by sending and receiving secure messages via our portal.
You can pay your bill through the portal at any time.
Access your child’s medical records on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

The My Kid’s Chart patient portal allows you to view your clinical summary and is a way to conveniently directly communicate with the nurse and doctor.
The portal allows you to view your visit summary, view your medications, ask general questions for your nurse or doctor, request medical records, prescription requests, and update basic demographics.
What to Expect
On the day of your child’s first visit to our office, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office.
